    Key Responsibilities

    8. Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage the project budget and ensure that resources are used effectively.
    9. Performance Monitoring: Track team performance and deliver regular progress reports to senior management.
    10. Talent Acquisition and Development: Assist in recruiting new developers and ensure team members receive necessary training and career growth opportunities.
