You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the market research industry. This position requires a seasoned professional with at least 7 years of. experience in sales and a deep understanding of the Indian market dynamics.Key Responsibilities: Market Research Sales: Lead the sales efforts to promote and sell our market research services to potential clients in India. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competition to identify opportunities and threats, providing valuable market insights to the management team. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets and revenue goals in India. Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to achieve individual and team objectives. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to secure contracts. Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients, and devise strategies to expand our footprint in India. Sales Reporting: Regularly report on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to the executive team. Sales Forecasting: Collaborate with the management team to develop sales forecasts and budgets for the Indian market.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets. Extensive knowledge of the Indian market research industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Highly motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused. Willingness to travel as needed.
