About the roleThis position will have the responsibility of overseeing the Holiday Planner team. This role is part of the Holiday Sales team and involves managing Work from home Holiday sellers.Roles & Responsibilities Handling Holiday Planners selling Domestic destination. Connect with customer for selling holiday package. Interact with vendors for rates and availability. Processing the booking done by planners. Managing all other operational work for the booking. Design strategy to attain targets such as sales conversion, transactions, NPS, and CSAT Evaluate and provide feedback on the performance of the team Identify the training requirements of the team and collaborate with the training team to enhance their skill. Domain expertise in holiday packages, particularly in the Domestic destination, to develop strategic and focused action plans for goal attainmentRequirements: Solid sales understanding Demonstrate proficiency in managing both sales support. and holiday operations Excellent communication skill in both written and verbal formats,
