Job Description

    Dynatrace SpecialistExperience : 7 yearsLocation : Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, NoidaKey Responsibilities:
    • Dynatrace Implementation: Deploy and configure Dynatrace monitoring solutions for our IT environment.
    • Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance and availability of applications, servers, and infrastructure using Dynatrace.
    • Incident Response: Respond to alerts and incidents identified by Dynatrace, diagnose issues, and implement corrective actions.
    • Troubleshooting: Investigate performance issues, identify root causes, and collaborate with other teams to resolve problems.
    • Dashboards and Reports: Create and maintain custom dashboards and reports to provide insights into system performance.
    • Capacity Planning: Assist in capacity planning efforts based on Dynatrace data to ensure optimal system performance.
    • Automation: Develop and maintain automation scripts to enhance monitoring capabilities.
    • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation related to Dynatrace configurations, processes, and incident responses.
    • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that performance and availability requirements are met.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • [Number] years of experience in implementing and managing Dynatrace monitoring solutions.
    • Proficiency in deploying and configuring Dynatrace OneAgent, AppMon, and Dynatrace SaaS/Managed.
    • Strong knowledge of APM (Application Performance Monitoring) best practices.
    • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation.
    • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
