Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities
    • Successfully manage B2C online portals including Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm, TataCliq and companys portal i.e. Shopify and B2B online portals including Cloudtail and Flipkart.
    • Carry out daily executive duties including order processing on ERP (Mingle), inventory management, payment reconciliation, cataloguing / listing etc.
    • Deliver exceptional account services to strengthen customer loyalty and prepare stock and sales reports of all online parties and other online portals including B2B and B2C.
    • Act as a strong liaison between clients and online vendors while maintaining effective communication with them through emails, phone calls. Desired Candidate Profile

    • Provide support on creative brand representation and advertising campaigns for new and innovative products on all social media portals.
    • Support account management by building strong customer relations through coordination of customer appreciation programs and planning of customer driven promotional offers and educational sessions.
    • Successfully handle account management of companys online vendors and making dashboards against different verticals.
    • Assist manager in planning and executing marketing Budget of online portals and creating analysis reports on MS Excel.
