  • E-mail & SMS marketing - ability to handle and personalize outgoing mailers and SMSs/texts
  • Hands on with online and mailing tools like Sendgrid, Mailchimp, Gupshup, etc
  • Content writing for blogs, articles and e-mailers
  • Attention to detail should have a keen eye to monitor social media content and monitor content hygiene
  • Analytical mind-set should assist in analysing data from marketing campaigns, applications and the lead management system (LMS)
    • Analyze reports from Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager & Facebook Insights
