Job Description

    This is a position for the Enterprise sales team across the Globe. The role will be primarily responsible for ensuring the achievement of Sales Revenue, pipeline generation, and growth of revenues in line with an assigned quota for the team. This person is also responsible for the development and management of operations, processes, and initiatives that will increase the productivity of the team and improve competitiveness. Key Objectives: Delivering Sales Revenue, Growth Revenue, TeleCMI footprint in the accounts, New accounts acquisition, and Driving customer satisfaction with the team of enterprise verticalsResponsibilities Experienced in Account Management. Become intimately familiar with the enterprise accounts and communicate the business value and/or ROI of our product. Responsible for meeting/exceeding revenue targets for the Enterprise segment. Hunt new accounts, and build on them. Achieves the budgeted revenue and profitability quotas for all TeleCMI products and. builds an order book for the future. Effectively manage and orchestrate the closing of large deals within a complex global enterprise sales cycle. Establishes an environment and foundation for future sales growth. Sells and teaches others how to sell value and solutions to the end customers. Liaise with industry associations, thought leaders, and organizations in the assigned territory to engage them for the long term. Efficiently manages the regional partners and supports them to help them gain more market business. Lead a team to success. Run presentations, speak at forums, etc, and visit the enterprise, if and when required. Responsible for the Regions forecasting and sales tracking. Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that affect current and future growth of corporate sales and profitability. Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency, and productivity.Requirements Bachelor degree. 6 years of relevant (B2B/Account Management in the assigned territory) experience is required. Telco/CPaaS/SAAS industry experience is preferred. A deep understanding of technologies and CPaaS market trends is preferred.
