Job Description

Selected Interns Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Working with HODs and Key Users to build/write process documentation in the form of standard operating procedures for all processes along with touchpoints on a click-level detail Document draft flowcharts to explain the process steps, and add screenshots, graphs, charts, tables, and other graphics to make the process steps as easy to understand as possible Work with HODs and product owners to gather all process-level details Participate in or support the documentation and deployment of user training manuals and materials where required Ensure all process documentation is stored in a central location - will need to work with other teams to ensure this process is followed Ensure all process documentation is written to a high standard, and written clearly and concisely with proper formatting Participate in project management meetings relating to process documentationAbout Company: SunSource Energy is a leading provider. of solar-based energy and storage solutions to commercial and industrial (C&I) customers and manages the entire lifecycle of distributed solar projects.
