Our state-of-the-art facilities and dedicated team ensure the highest quality standards that meet the needs of our customers.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a PMT Executive at HiGlance Laboratories Pvt Ltd in Noida. As a PMT Executive, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks related to product management, including market research, competitor analysis, product launch planning, and sales support..You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of our pharmaceutical products. Formulate marketing strategies: Organize product promotional campaigns, Workshops, Webinar and making marketing plans, research and competition mapping for products. Planning and designing visual aids, LBLs and other promotional inputs. Forecasting. the sales as per SKU. Training and development of field force along with field work about 8-10 days per month. Allocation for sales team: managing the requirement of samples, quotation, inputs. New product launch, Introduction, Brand Positioning and Planning.Qualifications Strong background in pharmaceutical industry Excellent analytical and research skills Experience in product management Knowledge of market trends and competition analysis Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field,
