Job Description

    Job Title: Sales CoordinatorJob Summary: The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the sales team, assisting in the management of sales activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role plays a key part in maintaining organized and efficient sales operations.Responsibilities:1) Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and sales presentations. Maintain and update customer and prospect databases. Respond to customer inquiries, providing product information, and addressing their needs.2) Order Processing: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all sales transactions. Coordinate with the relevant departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services.3) Communication and Coordination: Serve as a point of contact between the sales team, customers, and other internal departments. Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and follow-ups. Distribute sales reports and updates to the team as needed.4) Sales Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide insights to the sales team for better decision-making.5) Inventory Management: Monitor product inventory levels and communicate with the procurement team for restocking as needed. Ensure accurate stock levels to meet customer demand.6) Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, leads, and sales opportunities. Assist in maintaining customer profiles and history.7) Sales Support Materials: Create and maintain sales collateral, brochures, and promotional materials. Ensure that sales materials are up to date and readily available.
