      Project Management
    Role Summary/Purpose:
      Support and represent Region ACS P&L to ensure execution of the projects and to deliver agreedtargets of profitability, timely delivery, quality and customer satisfaction.To achieve order intake in line with targets and objectives defined and agreed with Segments forManage tendering and project management of the projects for Central Utilities with full P&Lresponsibility on projects margins, profit, loss and cash flow in compliance with applicable rules,instruction and policies.
    Essential Responsibilities:
        Essential Responsibilities
        This role will work closely with Project Leaders, Construction Leaders, Engineering Leaders andother Support functions to define and execute Business Strategy in alignment with the globalprocesses, systems and review mechanisms.
        Manage Customer relationship management at Strategic level in coordination withProject Directors. Regularly review the process of monitoring of customer satisfaction andmanagement of customer complaints.
        Represent or advise unit heads in ACS for all project execution issues.
        Participate in project reviews for timely and profitable project execution and with specific focus onmargin and risks & opportunity management.
        Supervise the deployment of BU policy and instructions with regards toQuality, Project Management, Operations, EHS and CI.
        Consolidate and analyze operations key performance indicators as well as EHS, SDCI indicators
        Preparation, submittal, implementation and control of SCI unit yearly budget with unit guidelinesand segment strategy. Implementation of all common processes, methodologies and toolsapplicable to operations.
        Deploy Project Management processes, tools and actions at PL and unit level and highlightspecific needs.
        Support PL definition and deployment of strategic plan , Business Risk Mapping, Quality, EHSplans with appropriate involvement of the units.
        In coordination with BU Heads, participate to the definition and development of new processes,tools and transverse actions, lead PL participation to the Operations steering committees andconventions.
        Support BU Operations to perform on/off line PMH assessment, formalize Unit improvementactions, the necessary Product Line s actions.
        Internally Coordinate between various GS Product Units for Project Execution.
        Support the Region Management team for initiatives and actions on Cash Collection, PDReduction, Project Close out and Retention Collection
      Develop and groom leaders towards higher operationalefficiency and team management .
    Qualifications/Requirements:
      Bachelor s degree in Engineering Mechanical/Electrical from an accredited university or college Minimum of 15 years of work experience in Operations and Project Management, .Business analysis and forecasting. 3-5 years of P&L leadership
    Desired Characteristics:
        Provides advice and guidance to functional management or business functions on approaches,projects and programs in the functional area or affecting business organization and ways ofworking.
        Strong oral and written communication skills.
        Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
        Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.

      Established project management skills.
