The Finance Manager with CA qualification is a must. He/She will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, establishing financial objectives, developing policies and procedures, and monitoring financial performance. Additionally, they will ensure compliance with financial regulations and manage the companys financial risk.Qualifications Bachelors or masters degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field and CA is a must. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting Experience in financial planning and. analysis, budgeting, and forecasting Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations Excellent communication and leadership skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with Tally or other accounting software is preferred,
