Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Fixed Wing VTOL UAV/Drone Pilot and System Engineer to joinour team. As a Fixed Wing VTOL UAV/Drone Pilot and System Engineer, you will be responsiblefor designing, testing, and operating fixed-wing VTOL UAV/drone systems for a variety ofapplications.Key Responsibilities: Design and develop fixed-wing VTOL UAV/drone systems, including airframe, propulsion,avionics, and payload systems. Conduct system integration, testing, and validation of fixed-wing VTOL UAV/dronesystems. Collaborate with engineers and other team members to develop and refine systemrequirements, design concepts, and technical specifications. Operate fixed-wing VTOL UAV/drone systems for data collection, surveillance, andinspection applications. Develop and execute flight plans and procedures for safe and effective operation offixed-wing VTOL UAV/drone systems. Maintain and troubleshoot fixed-wing VTOL UAV/drone systems to ensure reliability. andperformance. Develop and maintain documentation of system design, testing, and operation. Assist in the development of training materials and procedures for fixed-wing VTOLUAV/drone pilots.Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, or arelated field. Minimum of 3 years of experience designing, testing, and operating fixed-wing VTOLUAV/drone systems. DGCA Remote Pilot Certification or equivalent. Experience with autopilot and navigation systems for fixed-wing UAV/drone systems. Familiarity with a variety of sensors and payloads for UAV/drone applications. Knowledge of regulatory requirements for UAV/drone operations. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with interdisciplinary teams. Experience with CAD software for 3D modelling and design. Familiarity with programming languages such as C and Python. Ability to travel to remote locations for field testing and operation.
