Job Description

    Job DescriptionA Greeter is a person who checks all required details of a candidate and transfers him to the Proctor queue. He helps the candidate in check-in process if needed. The candidate uploads real time photos Headshots, ID, complete view of the room. Once the candidate uploads the pictures, system highlights all pictures in Red, Amber, green according to acceptability. If there is a Red/Amber flag, the Greeter helps the candidate to clear the irregularities as per the prescribed guidelines and documents the same before releasing the candidate to the Proctor queue. If everything is green the Greeter will silently observe the candidate and release him to the Proctor queue. The Greeter handles one candidate at a time. If the Greeter experiences any misconduct from the candidate, he must contact the supervisor if the session needs to be revoked/cancelled.Resources to have their own laptop in working condition and working broadband connection, continued power access, headphones, or earphones.Education & Skills:1. Graduation in any stream2. Excellent Communication Skills Written & Verbal3. Experienced or Fresher4. Background Verification to be Green5. Eye for detailRole Profile1. The short listed candidate will be required to complete identification checks for an exam conducted virtually and would be required to interact with the test taker2. Perform remote invigilation/ Proctoring for any of virtual exam and take conscious decisionsPhysical Specifications1. Back ground Noise and Appearance As the job requires you to interact on video with people across the globe. It is expected that you will be in place which is silent and free from background noise(s). Additionally the background needs to be simple with no movement behind you.2. Smart Formals - One of the expectation from a greeter/ proctor is to be dressed in smart formals during the engagement period as it involves you to interact with candidates globally.3. Well Lit Area The candidates on Video should be able to see you perfectly and the occupied area should be well lit at all times.Required Technical SpecificationsResources must have a computer which has genuine windows
