Job Description

    Location: Noida Sector 126Job Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our team at MANUBHOOMI LLP. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers, you will provide exceptional customer service, ensure seamless day-to-day operations, and maintain a welcoming office environment.Key Responsibilities:1. Front Desk Operations: - Greet clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner. - Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and correspondence. - Ensure reception area is tidy, organized, and well-maintained.2. Administrative Support: - Provide administrative assistance to the team, including preparing documents, filing, and data entry. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and spreadsheets. - Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.3. Client Service: - Respond to client inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. - Ensure client satisfaction and maintain positive relationships.4. Office Management: - Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities. - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.5.
