Key Roles: -Incoming/Outgoing Calls: Handling of all incoming and outgoing calls at reception with giving solutions to their queries to different spokes. Including Transferring of calls to designated person on time.Maintain Reception Area: Look towards cleaning and maintenance part of reception area. Maintain (horticulture) plants and flower-pot at reception.Maintain Records: Maintain proper list of client visit scheduled on monthly basis, Proper check on entry approvals from Clients/IT Team for laptop pass and entry pass of clients. Maintain Vendor Attendance List and send that to authorized person from time to time. Maintain documents and bills at reception and handover to concerned person.Handling Employee Queries: Responsible to help employees enter in building in finding there reporting location. Help them with other queries (related to ID Cards/Excess Cards/SEZ Slips/SEZ Cards/lost items).Handling Client Visits: Take care of welcome notes (LED Presentations), Maintain entry in Client entry register with other details (laptop serials/spoke name/location of visit) for smooth entry of client in tower/building. Maintain one to one communication with the SPOC to maintain proper arrangements of visit.Maintain Board Rooms/Meeting Rooms: Maintaining all Executive Board Rooms (EBR) and meeting rooms must neat and clean before arrival of clients. Also the setup must be ready and requirements (snacks, tea and coffee) if needed must deliver on time. Looking towards projectors and LCD Screens available in board rooms and meeting rooms are in working condition or not. In case not working must report to the Admin/IT/Facility Department. Keep watch on things require like marker and duster.Maintain Snag Report: Snag list for ladys washrooms on weekly basis and other areas to be maintain properly.Pantry and Breakout Management: Looking towards pantry and breakout areas. Complaints regarding poor quality of tea and coffee serve in EBRs and meeting rooms and to take immediate action on same. Coordinate with team to make a visit good one and taking care of outside food requirements for a visit.Housekeeping Management: Managing housekeeping staff by assigning task to them on daily basis and keep a watch for accomplishment of same.Note : Female candidate is preferable
