What you will learn and contribute to We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Architect and Developer with exceptional communication skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining our technology stack, which includes Java, Angular, Hibernate, microservices, Kafka and SQL Server. This role requires a deep understanding of software architecture, strong technical expertise, and the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Design to migrate an existing telecom work force management application, emphasizing scalability, performance, security, and maintainability. Recommend and evaluate appropriate technologies and tools for project requirements. Develop high-quality code for front-end and back-end components using Java, Angular, Hibernate, and SQL Server. Build, manage, and maintain Microservices while leveraging Kafka for event-driven architecture. Design and optimize SQL Server databases for data storage and retrieval, ensuring data integrity and performance. Create user-friendly web interfaces using Angular, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and an optimal user experience. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure software reliability and stability. Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation for software architecture, code, and deployment procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful project outcomes. Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders to align with business objectives. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members as needed. Your skills and experience: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in designing and developing complex, scalable software systems. Proficiency in Java, Angular, Hibernate, SQL Server, and Kafka. Strong knowledge of Microservices architecture and best practices. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
