Job Description

    About Job:-We are seeking a passionate and driven Fundraiser to join our nonprofit organization. As a Fundraiser, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organizations mission by securing funding and resources through various fundraising initiatives. Your efforts will directly contribute to the success and sustainability of our nonprofit organization.Fundraiser Responsibilities
    • To make outbound calls on the given data to Retain and Acquire donors
    • Meet set number and income targets by signing financial supporters for the organization.
    • To do proper follow ups after generating the leads
    • To trained and develop the new team member in the organization.
    • To ensure that all the field generated information is properly entered in the sponsorship mandate form and daily call report.
    • To follow-up from prospects and get them sign for financial support
    • To ensure confidentiality of information pertaining to the organization by him/ herself
    • To play active role in the overall target achievement of the team.
    • Any other responsibility assigned by your line manager.
    Incentives shall be awarded to the candidates based on their performance.
