Bachelors degree in nonprofit management, business administration, marketing, or related field; Masters preferred. 5 years of successful fundraising or sales experience, securing major grants or funds from diverse sources. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and project management abilities. Outstanding communication, writing, and interpersonal skills. Collaborative spirit, adept at working with staff, volunteers, and board members. In-depth knowledge of fundraising best practices and industry trends. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
