Job Description

    Fusion HCM Sr. Technical Consultant_Remote_Full-TimeJob Tittle: Fusion HCM Sr. Technical ConsultantJob Type: Full-TimeExperience: 8 yrsLocation: RemoteShift Time: 6.30PM to 4.30AM* Oracle HCM Cloud Senior Technical Developer with minimum experience of 8 years in technical development.* Candidate must have technical experience for US and Canada Payroll.* Strong writing Fast Formula development and worked in payroll area for US and Canada region.* Development and support for payroll data extracts.* Should be strong to update RTF template.* BIP and OTBI development and support.* Strong in SQL/PL SQL tuning and programing.* HDL experience* HCM Extracts* SDLC and JIRA knowledge* Experience in Payroll Balance Initializations and Balance Adjustments for US and Canada localizations.* Experience working on Pay slip template customizations.* Should be good in preparing technical required documents.* Responsible for gathering detailed technical requirements from the business, and documenting these in technical specifications.* Responsible for uniting/regression testing of RICE components.# Should have experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including experience in US and Canada Payroll. Reviews open cases/issues and troubleshoots for resolution. Coordinates with team regarding required open tickets and work on them. Consults on requested technical changes, partnering with the team to determine best options for design decisions based on documented requirements, current configuration, and downstream impacts. Document final technical specs. Analyzes the impact of technical changes in Fast Formulas and the leads meetings to resolve priority issues. Ensures data integrity and governance by supporting large/complex data imports and extracts and validating accuracy through reporting and queries. Supports the development and maintenance of integrations/file transfers. Provides analysis and consultation on implementing new software application products or new modules or any new requirement in existing applications. Provides experienced technical support for integrations, reports, and large data imports/extractions. Plans for and supports migrations, releases, upgrades, and/or patches - mitigating risk/downstream impacts. Developing knowledge and expertise in extensions and Fast Formulas.
