Job Description

    Fusion HCM Sr. Techno-Functional Consultant_Remote_Full-TimeJob Tittle: Fusion HCM Sr. Techno-Functional ConsultantJob Type: Full-TimeExperience: 7 yrsLocation-RemoteShift Time: 6.30PM to 4.30PM* Oracle HCM Cloud Senior Techno-Functional Consultant with more than 8 years of functional experience in US and Canada Payroll.Responsibilities: Candidate must be 70% Functional and 30% technical. Candidate must have implementations experience and must be involved in Payroll elements set ups/ configurations for US and Canada region. Must have strong functional and technical knowledge of payroll (payroll process/element setup) for US and Canada region. Must have US and Canada Year End Knowledge (t4/rl1/w4) Should have experience in North America Taxation Should be able to write fast formula for payroll elements Good with BIP and OTBI development SDLC and JIRA knowledge HDL experience Should be able to do Payroll Balance Initializations and Balance Adjustments for US and Canada localizations. Experience working on Pay slip template customizations. Should be good in preparing functional required documents. Responsible for gathering detailed functional requirements from the business, and documenting these in functional specifications. Responsible for regression testing of RICE components. Should have functional experience in US and Canada Payroll. Reviews open cases/issues and troubleshoots for resolution. Coordinates with the team regarding tickets. Consults on requested configuration changes, partnering with the team to determine best options for design decisions based on documented requirements, current configuration, and downstream impacts. Documents final specs and configures application. Analyzes the impact of configurational changes to Payroll Fast Formulas. Should be Involved stake holders meetings to resolve priority issues. Ensures data integrity and governance by supporting large/complex data imports and extracts and validating accuracy through reporting and queries. Supports the development and maintenance of integrations/file transfers. Provides analysis and consultation on implementing new software application products or new modules or any new requirement in existing applications. Provides experienced support for integrations, reports, and large data imports/extractions. Plans for and supports migrations, releases, upgrades, and/or patches - mitigating risk/downstream impacts. Developing knowledge and expertise in extensions and Fast Formulas. Engages Digital and vendor for support, as necessary.Education/Certifications: Master or equivalent graduate in computer science, engineering, or other relevant fields. Must have good knowledge of the Oracle fusion HCM modules and Payroll area.Desired Skills: Strong communications skills (both verbal & written) Ready to work the night shift.
