Job Description

    Hi,Job Title: General Manager - FinanceLocation: Sector-68, NoidaEmployment Type: Permanent, Full-TimeRemuneration: As per industry standardsJob Overview:We are seeking a results-driven and confident General Manager - Finance (Financial Comptroller) to lead and enhance our organizations financial performance and oversee our accounting operations. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, as well as internal control policies and procedures. This role will also involve financial risk management to ensure the long-term success of the company.Objectives:
    • Provide comprehensive financial updates and insights to senior management through evaluation, analysis, and reporting of key financial data.
    • Apply company policies and procedures to guide financial decisions within the current economic landscape.
    • Develop, implement, and maintain effective financial controls and guidelines.
    • Ensure successful budgeting through proper scheduling, analysis, and necessary corrective actions.
    • Maximize payroll efficiency by streamlining processes.
    • Support the development of both short-term and long-term operational strategies.
    • Ensure accurate balance sheet (BS) closing, audits, reconciliation, and consolidation of group results, while handling departmental queries.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Maintain internal controls for revenue receipts, costs, team budgets, and organizational expenditures.
    • Collaborate with the CFO to establish financial and operational benchmarks, budgets, and reporting standards on a biweekly, monthly, and annual basis.
    • Implement standardized accounting policies, practices, and procedures across all departments in accordance with legal standards.
    • Develop and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets and optimize financial workflows.
    • Lead and support the accounting team with dynamic leadership, fostering an environment of trust and productivity.
    Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • 8-12 years of professional experience in accounting and financial management.
    • Strong understanding of banking processes and financial data analysis.
    • Working knowledge of national and local tax regulations, including compliance reporting.
    • Experience in managing payroll and streamlining accounting processes.
    • Proven track record in financial project management.
    • Preferably from sectors like FMCG, Gaming, or B2C.
    Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
    • Five or more years of experience as a senior-level finance or accounting manager.
    • Professional certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CA (Chartered Accountant).
