Job Description

    Role Objective Although WSP has very strong digital capabilities, these are generally found at theregional level without a global strategic plan which inhibits the rapid transfer of digitalexpertise and ability to present our global best in response to project opportunities.As the global Digital Offering Lead, you will be responsible for defining a clear globalstrategy for the offering, mapping where key global digital expertise is located, andachieving specified growth targets based on market opportunity and WSPscapabilities.YOUR NEW ROLE, WHATS INVOLVED You will report into a WSP region, with a secondary reporting line to WSPs VP ofGlobal Digital Strategy, and sponsorship under Director of Global Business Line. Own the global strategic vision and plan for the digital offering, which you will developand implement by engaging collaboratively with regional and relevant business lineleads. Lead global growth of the digital offering through engagement with. clients andbusiness line leaders across all WSP regions. Set global growth targets and ensure robust plans are in place for their achievement,including proactively monitoring and managing strategic opportunities, risks andissues. Track and report on key KPIs for digital offering Work closely with Global Client Program and Business Line leaders to prioritize thepipeline of business development opportunities and ensure development of focussedand effective capture plans. Assist with global marketing strategy and communications for digital offering andsupport the development of a clear external WSP digital identity and profile. Organize global conference planning related to the digital offering Define core offering teams globally, including leaders and key SMEs, encouragingknowledge sharing and collaboration to achieve synergies and client value. Maintain and encourage collaboration with and between global digital offering leads,their teams, and the wider WSP business to facilitate sharing of best practice, marketand client insights, and project opportunities. Recommend strategic global partners and potential M&As Chair global steering group for offering Member of WSP global digital steering groupYOUR TEAM You will be part of a steering committee of global Digital Offering leaders responsiblefor driving growth in WSPs digital offerings. You will engage with clients, leaders, and experts across the WSP global businessincluding regional digital leaders and the global Digital Orchestration team. You will work closely with strategic clients across all sectors and geographies, andcollaborate with the global client programme.WED LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE A strong profile and proven track record in delivering and growing the digital offering,recognised both internally within WSP and externally by clients and/or other industrybodies. Qualification in relevant subject at graduate post-graduate level and/or relevantprofessional accreditation(s) Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to develop and maintain clientrelationships at senior (e.g. C-Suite) levels. Proven record delivering strategic growth plan nationally and/or globally within abusiness of comparative scale and complexity. Experience in influencing and building relationships with senior stakeholders andworking within challenging circumstances. Collaborative, agile, and results-oriented approach,
