Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and design engaging graphics for digital and print media, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, social media posts, and website content.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and translate concepts into visually compelling designs.
    • Ensure consistency in design across all company platforms and materials.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work.
    • Prepare final artwork for printing and digital distribution.
    • Review and proofread designs for errors before printing or publishing.
    • Maintain a well-organized library of design assets and project files.
    • Key Skills and Qualifications:
      • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is mandatory.
      • Strong working knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite software, such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
      • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
      • Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
      • A robust portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles and project types.
      • Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and typography.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
      • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
      • Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs accordingly.
      • Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
