    Hiring Alert | Group Lead / Manager RFP Specialist We are hiring experienced professionals for the role of Group Lead / Manager RFP Specialist with a leading global financial services organization.Location: Gurgaon / Noida Experience: 7-14 Years Working Model: Hybrid (3 Days Office / 2 Days WFH) Shift Timing: 11:30 AM 8:00 PM Compensation: 35-55 LPA Variable PayKey Responsibilities: Manage and deliver high-quality RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and client questionnaires Work closely with Sales, Product, Compliance, Legal, and Investment teams Support institutional client proposal management activities Ensure accurate and compelling proposal responses within timelines Maintain strong proposal content and consultant database managementMandatory Skills: Hands-on experience in RFP & DDQ writing Strong exposure to Asset Management / Investment Management domain Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills Experience in Financial Services, Mutual Funds, Wealth Management, or Investment Banking preferred
