Job Description

  1. Expertise in MS Excel
  2. Expertise in MS Access
  3. Knowledge of VB programming in Excel (an added advantage)
  4. Stakeholder management should be able to delight internal customer with regular insights
  5. Job involves designing and sharing reports/dashboards in Excel, VBA, MS Access
  6. Analytical bent of mind. Should be able to catch trends and outliers quickly
  7. Out of the box thinking required in creating quick and useful dashboards
  8. Above and Beyond is always willing to walk extra mile to ensure that deliverable are met.
  9. Provide insights for key business review and discuss to increase the quality of review inputs
  10. to actively manage the customer satisfaction
  11. Support to the team for execution of assigned tasks such that KPIs and SLAs
  12. Ensuring validity and collation of base data to be used for reporting (This is to ensure the MIS
  13. person is not only creating reports but also makes sure the underlying data is accurate)
  14. Working with reporting manager to drive special projects and analysis to drive organizational
  15. improvement.
  16. This role would require extended working during month ends and business critical days of the
  17. months
