Job Description

    We are looking for SAP Freshers to join our team at HCLTech. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your career in SAP with hands-on learning and exposure to real-time operations. Role: SAP Fresher (SAP Basis)Location: Noida Qualification: BCA (Mandatory) Important Eligibility Criteria:
    • Only BCA graduates are eligible
    • Candidates with B.E / B.Tech / Postgraduate degrees are NOT eligible
    • Must have completed SAP Basis training from a recognized institute
    • Immediate joiners only
    Job Responsibilities:
    • Manage ticket queues in ServiceNow for the PC3-MSM team post KT training
    • Monitor new tickets during shift hours and ensure IRT adherence
    • Coordinate with dCEMs for timely resolution of issues
    • Support in workload distribution under SDM and senior leadership guidance
    • Undergo On-the-Job Training (OJT) by shadowing experienced team members
    • Handle Incidents and Service Requests
