    Responsibilities:
    • Preparation of companys & annual budget. Preparation of companys annual investment budget.
    • Ensuring adherence to approved annual budget.
    • Ensuring monthly closure of books of account. Preparation & presentation of financial statements.
    • Preparation & presentation of supporting detail on financial statements and analytical reviews.
    • Provide continuous financial decision support and financial oversight to Directors.
    • Proper management and monitoring of company cash flows. Improve company net profit.
    • Maintain and improve the companys internal control system.Support and co-ordination of quarterly internal audits, annual external audits (statutory), perpetual and annual inventory audits and for annual fixed assets audits.
    • Review of monthly financial results and adherence to the budget
    • Responsible for tax audits and tax return filings in coordination with the tax auditor.
    • Responsible for timely filing of GST returns and for all other relevant statutory filings andclaims.
    • Ensuring the timely compliance of all statutory payments like TDS, ESI &PF.
    • Handling AP, AR, B/S, P&L, Budget and MIS Report
    • Perform a variety of advanced financial analyses to determine present and forecasted financial health of the company
    • Use financial modelling to simulate financial scenarios
    • Present potential scenarios and outcomes to management team
    • Manage the preparation and publication of departmental and organization financial documents
    • Collaborate with management on development and execution of funding strategies
    • Examine financial and legal documents to verify accuracy and adherence to financial regulations and acceptable financial principles
    • Develop or recommend solutions for problems or situations
    Skills:
    • Proven strategic planning experience at the management level
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    • Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills
    • Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
