Job Description

    Urgently required : Head Legal & Compliance
    • Qualifications- CS (Company Secretary) & LLB
    • Candidate must be from Stock Broker industry
    • Expertise in all stock Exchanges i.e. NSE, BSE, MCX, MSEI, NCDEX, SEBI, CDSL
    • Work Experience- 5-10 years
    • Salary Range- Upto 9.5-10 lpa - Negotiable as per candidate
    Compliances with Stock Exchanges, CDSL & Regulatory AuthoritiesAnnual, Half yearly, Quarterly, Monthly, Weekly & regular compliances of various Stock exchanges & Depository i.e. NSE, BSE, MCX, MSEI, NCDEX, CDSL andSubmission of respective documents & e-filing through exchanges Member portal. Compliance of rules & regulations of NSE, BSE, MCX, MSEI, NCDEX, SEBI, CDSL.Audit & InspectionPreparation of Internal Audit Report, Concurrent Audit Report, Annual Report,Participation in Inspection carried out by Stock exchanges as NSE, MSEI, SEBI, MCX,NCDEX & CDSL. Preparation of draft Audit report/ reply on observations marked byThe Auditor in the Inspection report & sending to the respective authorities. Inspectionof Branches/ AP & preparation of Inspection report and submission to the Management.Drafting - Reply to Stock Exchanges/InvestorsDrafting reply to the Stock exchanges pertaining to trade-transactions & other matters.Drafting reply to investors grievances/complaints received through NSE, BSE, MCX,MSEI, SEBI, CDSL, Advocate, clients, Police etc.Drafting - Deeds/AgreementsDrafting, reviewing and finalizing various deeds/Agreements as franchise Agreement,Power of attorney, MOU, Joint Venture Agreement, Non-disclosure Agreements,Affidavits, Compromise deed, Franchise Agreement, License & maintenance Agreement,Letter of indemnity, Sale deed, Agreement relating to property, Lease Agreement,Mortgage deed, vendor related agreements, Licensing agreements, Rent Agreement,Agreement to Sell, Master Service Agreement, Software Development and ServiceAgreement, HR related Agreement etc.Drafting - Litigation DocumentsDrafting Plaint, Written statement, Written Arguments, Appeal, Rejoinder for CourtCases, SAT, Consumer forum, NSE/BSE/MCX Arbitration Tribunal & AppellateTribunal, Legal Notices etc.Interested candidates must apply to this job post asap and share their updated resume also at hidden_email with current & expected ctc and notice period details.Best of luck!
