Job Description

    As a Customer Care Executive at Startek, you will be part of an exciting E-commerce Chat Process team, working from home with the flexibility of a hybrid work model. Your primary role will involve handling customer queries and complaints efficiently, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and taking full ownership to guarantee customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your analytical skills to resolve customer concerns effectively.Key Responsibilities:- Efficiently handle customer queries and complaints- Provide excellent customer experience during all interactions- Take complete ownership of customer issues and ensure end-to-end resolution- Demonstrate good analytical ability in resolving customer concernsPreferred Candidate Profile:- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English- Display good customer service skills- Prior experience in BPO voice processes will be preferred, but freshers can also apply- Ability to create a work-from-home environment- Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment- Must have own Laptop/Desktop with a reliable Internet connection for remote workPlease note that the company Startek is offering a competitive salary range of 17,000 - 18,500 per month for this position.
