Job Description

    We are looking for a results-driven Health & Life Insurance Telecaller to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will make outbound calls to warm leads, understand their healthcare needs, explain policy benefits, and guide them through the buying process. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:
    • Call Leads: Make outbound calls to prospective customers from our verified internal database.
    • Consult Clients: Ask questions to understand client medical histories, family sizes, and budget constraints.
    • Pitch Policies: Explain health insurance plans, features, cashless hospital benefits, and exclusions clearly.
    • Close Sales: Handle customer objections, provide competitive comparisons, and meet monthly sales targets.
    • Update CRM: Maintain accurate records of all calls, follow-ups, and lead statuses in our CRM system.
    • Coordinate: Work with the underwriting team to ensure smooth documentation and policy issuance.
