Job Description

    Position Title: Healthcare RecruiterLocation: Noida - OnsiteType: Mid Level rolePosition Overview: The Healthcare Recruiter plays a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals to meet the staffing needs of our organization. This individual will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, develop recruitment strategies, and execute hiring plans effectively. The Healthcare Recruiter will utilize various sourcing techniques, including networking, online job boards, social media, and referrals, to identify top talent within the healthcare industry. Additionally, the Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate screening to facilitating interviews and extending job offers. This role requires exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and a thorough understanding of healthcare industry trends and regulations.Key Responsibilities:1. Collaborate with Candidates to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.2. Source and attract qualified healthcare professionals through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals.3. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates qualifications and fit for specific roles within the organization.4. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.5. Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview preparation, feedback, and offer negotiation.6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.7. Partner with HR colleagues to facilitate background checks, credentialing, and other pre-employment requirements for selected candidates.8. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes impacting healthcare recruitment.9. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, healthcare professionals, and external recruitment agencies to expand the talent pool.10. Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the healthcare industry.In-depth knowledge of healthcare roles, certifications, and licensure requirements.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.Attention to detail and accuracy in candidate evaluation and documentation.Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical recruitment practices.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with healthcare professionals in diverse specialties and settings.Previous experience in a high-volume recruitment environment,
