Job Description

    The objective of this position is to deliver monthly targets while keeping quality and customer satisfaction at expected levels.Key responsibilities:
    • Resolving Customer queries
    Filling the application form flawlessly.Timely follow up with clients to ensure better conversion.Managing the relationship with the customer until the contract is signed.Delivering required login hours, talk time & maintain wrap time within the specified targets.Overachieving the monthly targets.Replying to the inbound calls of customer on priority.Reading reports to understand the daily/ weekly/ monthly targets.Reporting of issues to immediate supervisor.Applying the feedback delivered by quality, training & team leader.Key competencies required:1. Fluency in south Indian language (English mandatory) or hindi language. Agreeable accent and choice of vocabulary.2. Very good selling and persuading skills. Ability to confidently engage the client in a conversation, not just to follow a script.3. Excellent typing skills will be required to type up a lot of information in short period of time.4.
