Job Description

Responsible for leading Post Sales CRM Operations and Collections.
Ensure regular monitoring of project progress and keep clients updated on the same.
Ensure timeliness, completion, comprehensiveness, and accuracy of all documentation pertaining to Residential Sale.
To maintain relationship with clients and handle all client queries post booking formalities till possession.
To assist client with all queries pertaining to Agreement, Registration, Taxation, Banking, etc as may be required.
To comply with the process and procedures made by the company and ensure its effective implementation during the complete process.
To manage the critical documentation at every point of time.
To identify the deviations and keep them into the notification of the Management at the right time.
To prepare various reports on daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis.
Excellent Communication and Presentation skills.
Good hands on advance excel formulas like vlookup, hlookup, pivot, if, countif, sumif, duplicate check, conditional formatting, concatenate etc. and have handled ERP (Sales Tracking Software)
Experience in real estate industry.
