Job Description

    Company - Leading Mutual Insurance.Role - Quality Assurance.Experience - Minimum 3 years BPO background with insurance understanding and quality process.Location: Noida.Job Duties:
    1. Conducts monthly quality reviews/audits according to the stipulated timeframe/SLA while complying with process SOPs and GRS QA Framework & guidelines.
    2. Validate data accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business and regulatory requirements standards.
    3. Analyze error trends, identify root causes, and suggest corrective actions or processimprovements.
    4. Document QA findings and maintain accurate quality logs and reports.
    5. Provide timely feedback to BPO vendor partners, teams, and support capability uplift.
    6. Participate in calibration sessions with onshore counterparts and BPO QA teams.
    7. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on underwriting procedures, business rules, and quality governance.
    8. Provide support in creating and maintaining of QA calibration guide for all existing processes and the new transition process.
    9. Resolve disputes in rebuttal according to the action plan agreed by the team in time.
    10. Log error tracked and follow up on the correction by the processor.
    11. Participate in any training session from the business stakeholder and update QA SOP to align with the change.
    12. Responsible in new starter training as mentor and dedicated trainer for different processes.
    13. Undertake any ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as and when required.
    14. Maintaining a highly effective and responsive working relationship with all internal and external stakeholders.
    Qualifications & Experience:
    1. Bachelors degree
    2. 3 8 years of experience in P&C insurance operations, with a strong focus on underwriting for European and/or London markets.
    3. Minimum 2 years of audit, quality assurance, or process excellence experience, preferably in a BPO or shared service environment.
    4. Familiarity with multiple lines of business within commercial or specialty insurance (e.g., Property, Casualty, Marine, Terrorism, Financial Lines, etc.)
    5. Strong understanding of compliance, control, and documentation standards in underwriting processes.
