Job Description

Role Description The HR Executive (Export Industry) is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations for export-focused organizations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management. Daily responsibilities include maintaining HR records, implementing HR policies, addressing employee queries, and supporting performance management and compliance with labor regulations. The HR Executive will coordinate with export operations teams to ensure workforce planning aligns with business needs, handle employee relations issues, and support training and development initiatives. The role also includes preparing HR reports, assisting in payroll inputs, and contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management for end-to-end employee lifecycle handling.Candidates should possess practical experience in HR Operations and implementing HR Policies within organizational frameworks.Candidates should possess capabilities in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution and employee engagement.Candidates should possess knowledge of labor laws, compliance standards, and HR documentation practices relevant to the export industry.Relevant qualifications such as a bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a diploma or certification in HR will be an added advantage.Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Prior experience in the export or manufacturing sector is preferred but not mandatory.
