HR Operations - Pre & Post Joining Designing and facilitating Induction programs, Rolling out Appointment letters to new joiners, Issuing letters, Maintaining personal folders, Maintaining and updating employee database. Joining Formalities Documentation of joining forms, Send intimation about the joiners to the concerned departments, processing of PF nomination, sending intimation for e- mail id creation and coordinating with the corporate bank for opening of corporate salary accounts for the new employees. Induction Arranging for the Induction of new joiners & handling HR induction session. Group Mediclaim Inclusion of new joiners into Mediclaim and Personal Accident Insurance schemes. Arranging of Helpdesk. Exit Interview Maintaining the Exit Database. Help the resigned employees in a smooth exit by familiarizing them with the exit process and issuing of Relieving and Experience letter, analysis of the exits and submitting the report to the top management for preventive actions. Performance Appraisal Acting as a link between employees of support vertical and the managers to get the appraisal completed, analyzing the data and helping the top management to come out with the conclusive report. Confirmation Maintaining the Probation Database, Processing the confirmation of employees Maintaining the Probation Extension Database and follow- up. Payroll Management Maintenance of the database of employees for the processing of salaries variable pay, transportation, loan details, salary advance etc., and the data is used monthly for processing the employee salaries. Vendor Management Responsible for processing of their invoices for payment, evaluation of their performance. MIS Maintenance of employee database, records, Personal files. Other Activities Handling employee queries on policies, procedures and processes on a day- to- day basis, Assisting inter organizational transfers and promotions. Education MBA (FullTime) prefered premier institute, also score min 60% in the academics. Experience 8 years,
