We are successful, and our successes are rooted in our peoples collective energy and unwavering focus on the employees, and thats how it will always be a change management in Human Resources.About the role: Oversee the procedures our company follows before and after hiring new employees and Onboarding is responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the operations of Human Resources responsibilities including overseeing the end to end HR Operations.Expectations/ Requirements:1. Clarity on Onboarding Processes and hands on experience on implementation of OB module.2. Experienced on Leveraging internal tech for automating various Onboarding process.3. To handle and develop different facets of HR-Operations.4. Maintain reports & spreadsheets for historical data, manage email queues.5. Demonstrated ability to manage organizational change and ability to work independently.6. Work closely with Operations for daily, weekly & monthly reports and monitor the operational process.7. Report all observations to WFM to help change the staffing plans/roster accordingly and send the alerts on SLA misses proactively, if any.8. Provide insights on existing data to internal/external stakeholders9. Identify the market/process/queue by team/agent wise volume variations and alerting the respective stake holders proactively10. Process orientation, including strong organizational and prioritization skills.Minimum Qualifications/ Skills1. Minimum 8 - 10years of work experience with Strong exposure to different facets of HR-Operations.2. Experience of executing core HR & engagement processes while leading/ working with a team3. Demonstrated ability to manage organizational change and ability to work independently.4. People & Relationship Management5. Excellent communication and facilitation skills.6. Execution focus & process adherence.7. Stakeholder Management8.
