As an HR Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to join our organization.Job Summary:We are looking for an HR Recruiter who can handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across the organization.2. Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals.3. Screen resumes, conduct phone and video interviews, and shortlist candidates.4. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.5. Negotiate salary and benefits with selected candidates.6. Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.7. Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment metrics.8. Provide excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.9. Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed.10. Meet recruitment targets and deadlines.Requirements:1. 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an IT or tech-enabled company.2. Proven track record of successful recruitment in a fast-paced environment.3. Strong understanding of the recruitment process and current market trends.4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.6. Strong organizational and time management skills.7. Proficiency in recruitment software and tools.8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Nice to Have:1. Experience with IT recruitment.2. Knowledge of recruitment marketing and employer branding.3. Certification in recruitment or HR.
