Job Description

    Location - Noida sector 58
    • Post job openings on job portals and social media.
    • Source candidates from job boards, social media, and referrals.
    • Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job criteria.
    • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit.
    • Schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
    • Coordinate with hiring managers and interview panels.
    • Send interview invitations and follow-up emails.
    • Provide feedback and updates to candidates.
    • Collect necessary documents from selected candidates.
    • Support in background verification and joining formalities.
    • Maintain and update candidate records in HR software or Excel.
    • Track recruitment metrics like sourcing effectiveness and TAT.
    • Coordinate with recruitment agencies and consultants.
    • Ensure proper follow-ups and closure of job openings.
    • Assist in preparing recruitment reports and dashboards.
    • Maintain records of hiring progress and offer rollouts.
