Job Description

    HVAC Design & Estimation EngineerLocation: Noida, Phase 2 Industry: HVAC Manufacturing (Air Washers, Heat Ventilators, AHUs, etc.) Experience:5-7 years Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical EngineeringRole OverviewWe are seeking a skilled HVAC Design & Estimation Engineer to join our team in Noida, Phase 2. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing HVAC systems, preparing technical proposals, and estimating costs for projects involving Air Washers, Heat Ventilators, AHUs, and related equipment.Key Responsibilities
    • Design HVAC systems including Air Washers, AHUs, and Ventilation units as per client requirements.
    • Prepare detailed technical drawings, layouts, and BOQs.
    • Conduct heat load calculations, duct sizing, and equipment selection.
    • Estimate project costs, prepare quotations, and support tender submissions.
    • Coordinate with sales, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate design and cost alignment.
    • Review client specifications and ensure compliance with industry standards.
    • Provide technical support during project execution and commissioning.
    Required Skills & Competencies
    • 5-7 years of experience in HVAC design and estimation.
    • Strong knowledge of Air Washers, AHUs, and ventilation systems.
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, HVAC design software, and MS Office.
    • Ability to prepare accurate BOQs and cost estimates.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Knowledge of ISHRAE/ASHRAE standards preferred.
