Position Summary
DESCRIPTIONSupports pre - sales and post - sales customer service functions byassisting customers, company sales and service representatives withquestions on equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders anddelivery schedules. May schedule field service repair calls. Handlesrequests for additional company materials. Maintains records of returns,schedule changes, product enhancements or changes and product pricing,and resolves return credit problems.JOB COMPLEXITYWorks on assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative.Understands implications of work and makes recommendations forsolutions.SUPERVISION Determines methods and procedures on new assignments. May be informalteam leader.
Qualifications
