Job Description

  1. Good understanding of Network topologies, OSI layers, Routing and Switching.
  2. Handover experience on Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto products.
  3. Hardware compatibility knowledge for Network Devices
  4. Address all issues reported by our monitoring tools and handle escalation on outages.
To be successful in this role, you must have:Common Operational Requirements:
  1. Monitor and troubleshoot our production environment.
  2. Maintain 100% uptime of the production services.
  3. Follow escalation process through issue completion, including providing documentation after resolution
  4. Follow regular Operations procedures and complete all assigned tasks during the shift
  5. Assist in root cause analysis of the issues with relevant log entries
  6. Send periodic NOC reports with the system and service status.
  7. Build knowledge base by creating and updating documentation for support
Basic Requirements:
  1. Open to work in 24x7 rotational shifts
  2. Bachelors Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science or related field. In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience
  3. 2+ years experience supporting a real-time 24x7 production environment.
  4. Good written and verbal communication skills; ability to organize and prioritize tasks
  5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  6. Strong analytical and organizational skills
Key Qualifications:Education: Graduate in Computer Science or similarMinimum years of relevant experience: Min 5 years of relevant work experience.,
