Responsible for implementing full life cycle of recruitment from sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, presenting, and closing the requirement. Service assigned Requirements within given TAT. Handling recruitment on wide range of skill-sets and the positions i.e., junior, middle and senior management levels. Self-involvement in preliminary telephonic and personal interviews with candidates to ascertain their competencies, skills and aspirations. Responsible for conducting the first level of screening for the organizational demands Source, Screen, Evaluate & select candidate through a structured recruitment process designed to obtain the best candidates. Inform applicants of job responsibility, compensation & benefits, work schedules & working conditions, company policies, promotional opportunities & other related information. Understand screening demands and skills within area of responsibility. Forge excellent connect and relationship with candidates Managing Interview Drives. Pre interview and post interview follow-up with the candidates. Ensure Daily Strong MIS reporting. Able to work on Fast Pace Environment with Quality Outputs. Desirables:- Excellent Oral and Written Communication. Strong Analytical skills. (For Sr. Technical Recruiter Requirement) Proactive and self-managing.
