Job Description

    ResponsibilitiesIdentify opportunities for preventing waste and inefficiency duringproduction.Design and develop robust manufacturing concepts to simplify and improveprocesses and ensure best practices.Create and maintain required documentation for manufacturing processes,including flow charts, capacity and utilization studies, time and motionstudies, standard work, cycle time analysis, and line balancing.Research and test design ideas to determine feasibility, utilizing leanmanufacturing, kaizen, Six Sigma, and root-cause analysis to formulate andsupport innovation, corrective actions, and improvements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain insights and direction.Improve and maintain 5S ,Safety, Suggestion kaizen in respective area.Indicative Years of Experience : 2-10 YearsEducational Background: BE Mech.Job Location : NoidaUnderstanding of lean manufacturing principlesHands-on experience on waste identification using time study, methodstudy.Proficiency with analytical tools, workflow time studies, and processbalancing.Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.Knowledge on Minitab would be preferred.Good presentation and communication skill withLean consultantancy Value MapingKnowledge of Stamping, Machining, Surface Treatments and Assembly.Salary 12 Lakh Pa
