Job Description

    • Aligned to business analysis, working with the project team to write and deliver test plans, acceptance test cases, test scripts and their execution.
    • Ownership of the overall Algo Testing for the programme.
    • Conduct complete algo testing and ensure the environment is working condition.
    • Accountability for the planning and management of the delivery of the test cases.
    • Schedule and prioritise work and activities to meet plan, quality and scope.
    • Provision of accurate Reporting using various tools to stakeholders internally and externally.
    • Work with technical team to ensure the bugs are resolved.
    • Identify and manage all project dependencies.
    • Provide correct estimations for completing various process related to Algo Testing.
    • Works with Scrum Team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making and support organizational project or product teams.
    • Work with the delivery / implementation teams as a Test SME to provide inputs and ensure delivery and implementation of the proposed solution.
    • As an integral part of the NTT Data Banking Consulting Team, the person will be responsible for leading the discussions with client from a Business perspective.
    Job Requirements:
    • 4-6 years of FIS industry experience, having worked in Tier-1 IT organizations.
    • At least 2 years of experience in working as an Algo tester within Capital Market area.
    • Good knowledge of Capital Market will be preferred.
    • Extensive experience in interacting directly with the client or business stakeholders.
    • Understanding of Waterfall / Agile methodology with experience of working in both preferred.
    • Knowledge about non-functional requirement is preferred.
    • Experience in creating plan, test scripts, test cases, test closure reports, etc.
    • Good grip on MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, PPT, Visio, etc.
    • Technical expertise of working on SQL & PL/SQL is preferred.
    • Experience of working on one or more Test Automation tools is preferred.
    • Hands on experience on various tools including ALM, JIRA & Confluence.
    • Extensive experience of working and delivery of change in regulated, highly controlled environments.
    • Understanding and knowledge of business analysis and solution design methodologies.
    • Good communication skills with ability to lead domain discussions.
    • Outstanding organizational skills.
