Job Description

    The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.What you will learn and contribute toCustomer Security Requirements (CSecR) Team is responsible for answering security related requirements related to Nokia s Processes & Policies in RFx/Contracts. As Security awareness has increased in past few years, more & more customers across the globe have been asking for security compliance in domains such as Information Security, Cyber Security, Data Privacy, Business Continuity etc. Such requirements form a critical part of RFx/Contracts & CSecR team provides information on Nokia s Security Controls in place by referring to Nokia s Security policies & Position Papers.As part of our team, you will:
    • Respond to RFx containing generic security requirements for areas belonging to Cyber Security, Data Privacy, Information Security, SDLC etc.
    • Red Lining Contracts by giving alternate proposals & highlighting implicit risk factors & cost obligations
    • Provide presales support to the Bid Management Community and CT resources by interfacing with all Global counterparts on Security domains and obtaining information on related and relevant topics
    • Maintaining repository of your answered responses for RFx/Contracts to aid automation
    • Preparing Trend Analysis report for Security keywords
    Your skills and experience6-10 years of relevant experienceYou have:
    • Sound knowledge of information security concepts, frameworks and standard like ISO 27001/2:2013,NIST & privacy frameworks(GDPR)
    • Knowledge of the internal control processes and operational performance related to ISMS needed.
    • Experience in Contracts Reviewing & Red lining alongwith experience in answering SoCs related to Security in RFx
    It would be nice if you also had:
    • Experience in design, development & implementation of cyber security Controls, information security policies, process & procedures
    • Have Excellent interpersonal skill, communication skills desired. Should be a good team worker. Certification on ISO 27001 will be an added advantage. Fluency in verbal and written English. Proactive by nature.
    • Should be able to innovatively seek answers from different sources to be able to gather difficult information s required for response preparation for bids.
    • Relevant Security Certifications such as CISM, CISSP
    • Experience in developing and managing business continuity and disaster recovery plan.
    • Knowledge of how organization follows up to resolve any incidents that occur and ensure that these are responded to promptly, professionally and within agreed timeline needed.
