Job Description

    Role OverviewWe are looking for a confident and articulate Inside Sales Executive to manage inbound leads and convert prospective customers into successful closures. This is not a cold-calling role. You will handle qualified leads, guide customers through the process, and ensure a smooth sales journey.This role requires excellent spoken English, strong persuasion skills, and prior experience in inbound or inside sales.What Youll Do:
    • Handle inbound calls and online leads from prospective customers
    • Drive the full sales cycle from inquiry to closure
    • Conduct follow-ups via phone and email
    • Occasionally meet customers in-person, if needed
    • Work with a 25 day average sales cycle
    • Edit and maintain sales scripts for high-impact communication
    • Actively participate in CRM, lead tracking, and funnel management
    Salary & BenefitsMonthly Salary: 25,000 32,500 25,000 32,500 Annual Bonus IncentivesFixed Annual CTC: 3,00,000 - 3,90,000 per annumAdditional Incentives: Monthly Quarterly
