    Job Responsibilities:
    1. Ensure achievement of sales targets and KPMs: Generate business from existing & lapsed customers.
    2. Solving the technical queries over the call with customer, seeking help from technical team where needed.
    3. Call Planning & Management achieving call targets per day
    4. Maintain a quality database over sales force.
    5. Ensuring smooth working with support team for required coordination over customer orders.
    6. Excellent communication, written and presentation skills.
