Were looking for an aggressive & passionate sales professional with demonstrated capability in team management & driving outcomes who has good understanding of all stages of the sales cycle.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Set and ensure smooth workflow of all inside sales processes including managing dailyactivities of team & preparing reports. You will also be responsible to analyze, forecast and support other sales activities. Work closely with Digital Marketing team to design and plan campaigns on regular basis for lead generation and awareness. Lead, mentor and coach sales associates, improve and implement training modules todevelop the skills of the team. Lead the onboarding & training of new Sales representatives.Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics anddelivering regular insights to the business; define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management Proactively identify areas of opportunity to increase efficiency in our sales and supportprocesses. Sales forecasting for goal setting, using past data and indicators.
